Return Policy
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS:
- To be eligible for 30days return, items/s should be unused, in original condition, with all tags stickers and barcodes attached and should be in resell able condition.
- All online return requests should only be raised by raising return request from customers account.
- NO RECEIPT NO RETURNS.(for In store orders)
- We do not take any guarantee/ warranty on any fashion jewelry. We are not manufacturer of any fashion jewelry we are only reseller.
- Make up and other applicable items such as perfumes, soaps, nail paints, lipsticks, scrubbers, creams are non returnable/ Non exchangeable.
- Damages and Issues
All purchases of physical items from Shop Wall are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Exceptions like non-returnable items or items with return limitations.
Items shipped from Shopwallusa.com, including Shop Wall Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, Conditions : items tags/stickers should be attached and item should be unused.
Returns are not accepted in below conditions:
- Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
- Gift cards (except as required by law)
- Some jewelry orders
- Some health and personal care orders
- Items with special shipping restrictions
If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement in your orders. If the refund or replacement option is not available, you can contact us on our customer service number and request for return.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item using the return label send on your registered email and the reason for return isn't a result of an Shopwallusa.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges and refunds- Call us to initiate for exchange and refunds for an item. Return the original item within 15 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. This policy refers to color and size exchanges only if available in stock. Shop Wall doesn't price match.

- How To Return- Initiate a return request from customer's account. Go to orders> Click on Return> Select the item and summit return request. You will receive a return label on your registered email. Pack the item in original box and send the item using the return label sent to you. After inspection based on our policy(please read above) a refund will be issued to you after deducting $5.00 shipping cost).

- Free Returns(Only In person return at store) : Please visit us at any of our stores for your returns/ Exchange/ Refunds for online purchases. Conditions of returns/ Exchange or replacement will remain same.
