Shipping & Payment Info:

Shipping Time: We ship items within 2 days of your order.

Delivery Time: Delivery time is calculated based on distance from our warehouse in Virginia. Mostly you receive the item within 10days of shipping.

How you track your package?

Go to your orders
Go to the order you want to track.
Select Track Package next to your order.
Select See all updates to view delivery updates.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't yet received it, contact our customer care within 24 hours of the status update.

Order Shipping Costs & Return Shipping Cost
When you choose the shipping method for your order/return, fees are calculated using a zip code.
If you return an item using a paid method, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping and from your refund.
If the return is the result of an Shop Wall error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

It provides information about when you can expect deliveries. External factors, such as traffic, can affect delivery windows. They're not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Deliveries can arrive before or after estimated windows.
