Shipping Time: We ship items within next 2 business days of your order date.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is calculated based on distance (To Delivery address from Virginia). Mostly you receive the item within 10days of shipping date.
Returns:
Note: Returns are NOT free.
- To return the product, click on orders> Request Return> select item> Select Reason> Submit Request Return.
- You have to return item using your own return label and a carrier of your choice.
- Upon approval of your return request, please send item in original box and packaging.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect item based on our return policy.
- Return Policy: Item should be in original condition, with all original tags attached, unused, and should be in resalable condition.
- A restocking fee($5.00)will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping label cost is on customer.
- Please Note: Return request can only be initiated once order is delivered to you.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the order write to us on shopwallusa@gmail.com or contact@shopwallusa.com (Item/s can only be canceled if it is not shipped already.)
Refunds:
- For any returns , original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- If we send you a return label, a return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

We know you hate to return item when you buy something you like. That's why we check every single item before we ship you and ensure there is no damage or defect. We take pictures of items before packaging, so that we can deliver best service.
Conditions of return:
Make sure item is unused and has all original tags on. Item should be in resaleable condition.
How to return?
Go to your orders. Click on return option. Select the item you want to return. Select reason for return. Click on request return. You will receive an email on your provided email address. We will send you a return label with the details of service provider. Use the return label pack and ship the item in its original box with the service provider. A return cost of up to $5 will be deducted from your refund.
